You register your own account with the auction house, you fund it, and you pay the auction house directly. Euro Plant Finder never holds your money, never bids as principal and never owns the machine — we act as your agent, to the limit you set in writing, and invoice our fee separately.
We'll only ever represent one buyer on any given lot. We can't advise two customers on the same machine while holding both their maximum bids, so if a lot is already spoken for we'll tell you it's taken — and nothing else about it.

DAFF treats soil and seed contamination on agricultural machinery as a high-risk pathway for introducing exotic pests, weeds and diseases into Australia. Machinery must be cleaned to a very high standard — soil removed from all surfaces, cavities and undercarriages, and any plant material or seeds cleared before shipment. Euro Plant Finder coordinates pre-export cleaning, photographic evidence and DAFF inspection documentation. We take this seriously because the consequences of a failed inspection — delays, re-cleaning costs, or a machine being turned back — fall on you.
Harvest windows in Australia are fixed — missing one because your machine hasn't arrived costs you far more than the machine itself. We build the timeline backwards from your deadline: sourcing typically takes 2–3 weeks, shipping from the UK to Australia takes 4–6 weeks, and clearance and delivery adds 1–2 weeks. That's a realistic 8–12 week minimum. If you have a hard seasonal deadline, tell us upfront and we'll be honest about whether it's achievable.
