Who we are

Euro Plant Finder is an independent buying agent for used construction and agricultural machinery, run by Rob McNinch. For any privacy question, contact rob@europlantfinder.co.uk.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect the details you provide — your name, email, phone (if given), country, the machinery you are looking for and your timescale — so that we can respond to your enquiry. We also collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) through analytics cookies, but only if you accept them.

Why we use it (legal basis)

We use your enquiry details to reply to you and provide our sourcing service (legitimate interest / steps to enter a contract). We use analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working and are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, and Google Ads if running) are off by default and only set if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. You can decline at any time, and declining does not affect your ability to use the site or send an enquiry.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party providers to run the site and handle enquiries — including website hosting, our enquiry/workflow and CRM tools, and Google (Analytics, and Google Ads where applicable). These providers process data on our behalf. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to its use. Email rob@europlantfinder.co.uk and we will respond.
