We search established dealers and suppliers, the wider dealer database, UK and European marketplaces, auctions, private sellers and fresh sources relevant to your requirement.
We give you enough first-pass information to decide which options deserve deeper investigation.
Seller verification, fuller machine information, photos/video, service/condition evidence, price discussions, indicative landed-cost work and the inspection decision.
If you want an inspection, or we believe the risk justifies one, we arrange it. That may be Rob where practical or an appropriate local specialist. Scope and cost are agreed first.
The seller invoices you and you pay the seller directly. Where appropriate, we help make sure the agreed price, condition and seller commitments are clearly documented before payment.
Depending on the destination this may involve seller preparation, cleaning, road movement, ports, freight, export documents, customs, biosecurity and destination delivery.
Rob remains your point of contact and gives progress updates as the transaction moves forward.
If a problem appears, we'll work with you and pursue it with the seller on your behalf, doing everything within our power to represent your best interests.
Already found a machine? Standalone inspection is available. We agree the scope, travel and inspection cost before the visit, and those authorised costs remain payable whether or not you subsequently buy.
Buying several machines? We can source from multiple sellers and coordinate consolidation or combined shipping where practical. The right transport method depends on the machines and route.
The seller invoices you. You pay the seller directly. Inspection and logistics costs are agreed before they are incurred. EPF's sourcing fee is separate and transparent.
If a physical inspection is worthwhile, we arrange it and agree the cost first. If photos, video and evidence are enough for you, we can work that way too.
